Ordering

• TO PLACE AN ORDER
  The best bet is to give us a call 713-946-0600.  We like to talk to you to have all relevant information to ensure we are shipping you the correct item.  The shipping on some of the products can be very expensive and you are responsible for the shipping.  To save you money, and also receive a speedy delivery of the correct item we think it is best to call.
• TO MAKE PAYMENT
  We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.  You will need to have all pertinent cardholder information to place the order.  Without this information the order will not be processed.  Your credit card will not be charged until the item is ready for shipment.
• SHIPPING THE ORDER
  When your order is placed you will be given several shipping options, this will include the time the delivery will take and the cost of each option.  The method of shipping will be your choice.  A physical address is required, we do not ship to PO Box’s.  We do not ship COD for any reason.
• GENERAL INFORMATION
  The prices you see are the product only.  This does not include shipping or tax.  The prices are subject to change without notice.  If the item you ordered is out of stock or on back order you will be notified immediately.  If you refuse the delivery or change your mind you will be responsible for the freight in addition to a 15% restocking fee.  If you need to exchange or refund the item you MUST call the shop first to get approval for the refund.
